This 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air convertible was assembled in Norwood, Ohio, and was refurbished prior to the seller’s acquisition in 2000. The car is finished in turquoise over a two-tone turquoise and ivory interior and is powered by a 283ci V8 paired with a two-speed Powerglide automatic transmission. Additional equipment includes a white convertible top, Bel Air trim, power-assisted brakes, power steering, a Continental spare tire, a heater, and an AM radio. Service in October 2019 included installing repairing the brake master cylinder and bleeding the system. This Bel Air is now offered with an owner’s manual, convertible top manual, and a clean Massachusetts title.

The 283ci Turbo-Fire V8 was factory equipped with a two-barrel carburetor and rated at 185 horsepower and 275 lb-ft of torque.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a two-speed Powerglide automatic transmission. The seller notes an automatic transmission fluid leak.
