The cabin features bench seats upholstered in Raven black vinyl with pleated Colonial White inserts along with engine-turned door panel and dashboard accents. Amenities include Thunderbird-branded floor mats, power windows, cup holders, a four-way power-adjustable front seat, and a Town and Country radio. The clock does not work.
The three-spoke steering wheel features a polished horn ring and frames a central 140-mph speedometer flanked by a tachometer and gauges for fuel level and engine temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 75k miles.
The 312ci V8 features finned Thunderbird valve covers and was factory rated at 245 horsepower. The car has reportedly been fitted with an electric fuel pump and electronic ignition, and a trickle charger is mounted under the hood. The engine bay was repainted during the refurbishment, and service in 2021 reportedly included changing the oil, rebuilding the carburetor, and replacing the water pump, battery, and starter solenoid.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission.
