Now showing 55k miles, the car is finished in red with a black convertible top over a beige leather interior, and it is powered by a 2.5-liter inline-six paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Additional equipment includes 15″ wheels, cruise control, a factory cassette stereo, and a 13-button onboard computer. Service under current ownership is said to have included conversion of the air-conditioning system to R134 refrigerant as well as replacement of the convertible hydraulic cylinders and control module, oil pan and valve cover gaskets, power steering fluid, and trunk lid shocks.
The car is finished in Brilliant Red (308) and features a power-operated black soft top, bright window trim, and fog lights. The seller states the convertible top control module and hydraulic cylinders were replaced under current ownership along with the trunk lid shocks.
BMW Style 5 15″ wheels were installed under previous ownership and wear 205/55 Dunlop Direzza DZ102 tires, with a matching spare in the trunk. A set of factory 14″ alloy wheels and steel spare have tires mounted, and are included in the sale.
The interior is upholstered in Natur leather with matching carpets and door panels along with a black dash and console. Amenities include cruise control, a 13-button onboard computer, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. The air-conditioning was converted to R134a refrigerant under current ownership according to the seller, who also notes that the factory cassette stereo was refurbished.
VDO instrumentation includes a 150-mph speedometer and a tachometer along with gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, and fuel economy. The six-digit odometer shows 55k miles.
The 2.5-liter M20B25 inline-six was rated at 168 horsepower and 164 lb-ft of torque when new. Work since 2019 is said to have included replacing the oil pan and valve cover gaskets, flushing the power steering fluid, and an oil change.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission.
