This 1993 Toyota Land Cruiser FZJ80 was refurbished in Colombia prior to its importation to the US in August 2019. The work included a repaint and reupholstery of the interior in leather as well as installation of Fox shocks, a snorkel, a 3″ stainless-steel exhaust system, custom bumpers, and LED lights. Power is from a 4.5-liter 1FZ-FE inline-six that is said to have rebuilt using performance pistons, Ferrea valves and springs, and a Crower cam kit. The truck is also equipped with a programmable Holley fuel injection system, a five-speed manual transmission, a two-speed transfer case, an aftermarket front axle, and an auxiliary fuel tank.
Previously white, the truck was repainted in its current metallic gray in Colombia aLording to the seller. Exterior features include custom front and rear bumpers, a black-painted front grille and door handles, a snorkel, LED headlamps and taillights, and tinted windows.
The truck has been lifted using aftermarket springs and Fox shocks to clear 37×12.5″ BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM2 tires mounted on black 20″ Fuel wheels. Aisin locking front hubs are equipped up front, while braking is handled by cross-drilled and slotted rotors paired with bronze-painted calipers.
Seating was reupholstered in blue leather with white stitching. Amenities include power windows and locks, air conditioning, a passenger grab handle, and folding third-row jump seats. A altimeter and a fuel gauge for the auxiliary fuel tank are mounted in the overhead console.
A leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a tachometer, a 200-km/h speedometer, and other gauges. The mechanical six-digit odometer shows just under 150 kilometers (~90 miles), which is said to represent the distance added since completion of the project. Total mileage is unknown.
The 4.5-liter 1FZ-FE inline-six is said to have been fitted with performance pistons, Ferrea valves and springs, and Crower Cams camshafts. Induction is through a Holley Sniper programmable electronic fuel injection system, and exhaust is via 3″ stainless steel piping.
The five-speed manual transmission routes power through a dual-range transfer case. The front axle was replaced with a custom version from RVC Performance Products aLording to the seller, and the rear reportedly features a limited-slip differential.
