The Flareside body is finished in black and has been modified with a Keystone Shaker hood, a Grillcraft radiator grille and lower air dam grille, a DG Motorsports air dam, a VersaCover tonneau cover, APC projector-beam headlights, black badging, black taillight surrounds, a Sir Michaels roll pan, and LED turn signal, backup, and cargo lights. The rear-window surround, mirrors, and wiper cowl have been painted black, and scrapes can be seen underneath the front bumper. The Carfax report lists aLidents “involving a front or side impact” in November and December 2004.
Multi-piece 20″ Moda wheels are mounted with Toyo Proxes STIII tires, and a SmarTire pressure-monitoring system has been installed. Stopping power is from disc brakes with drilled rotors at all four corners, and Brembo calipers are fitted up front. The suspension has been modified with front and rear Hellwig anti-sway bars, Moog ball joints, and urethane control-arm bushings and end links. Flex-Form fiberglass leaf springs have been fitted out back along with So-Cal shock extenders, Lincoln Blackwood-sourced traction bars, Foothill Offroad spring plates, and helper airbags with a digital controller.
The cabin features black Corbeau TRS seats along with a matching dashboard, door panels, carpets, and a microsuede headliner. LED interior lighting has been added along with sound-deadening foam, a Ford Audiophile CD-6 head unit, and an MTX Thunderform subwoofer with a 350W amplifier. The suede-wrapped steering wheel frames a 140-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. An air-fuel gauge has been mounted to the steering column, and additional AutoMeter instruments are housed in an A-pillar gauge pod. The digital odometer shows 34k miles, and total mileage is unknown.
The supercharged 5.4-liter Triton V8 has been modified with an LFP single-blade throttle body, and a C&L intake tube and plenum. The cooling system features Flex-A-Lite electric radiator fans, a Lincoln Navigator-sourced water pump, a Meziere intercooler pump, a larger intercooler reservoir, and an AFCO dual-pass heat exchanger and fans.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission. An upgraded transmission cooler and a differential cooler have been fitted along with a chassis brace and an aftermarket exhaust system with a Magnaflow muffler.
