The car is finished in Arctic Silver (X1) and features widened rear fender flares with intercooler air intakes along with revised front and rear fascias compared with the standard 996. Ruf modifications include an active air dam on the front hood, lowered suspension, and a hydraulic rear wing with both automatic and manual control modes. The car sustained damage in 2019 that necessitated replacing the rear bumper cover; the original bumper cover was removed and retained.

The cabin has aluminum trim on the center console and the instrument cluster as well as the shift lever and handbrake. Equipment includes automatic climate control, a sunroof, and a Porsche CDR23 sound system with a Bose subwoofer.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames instrumentation including a central 8k-rpm tachometer, a 200-mph speedometer, and gauges for voltage, coolant temperature, fuel level, and oil pressure. The digital odometer shows 34k miles.
