This 2009 Chevrolet Corvette is number 02 of a reported 72 examples produced for the model year with the Competition Sport Package. The car is finished in Blade Silver Metallic over ebony leather and is powered by a 6.2-liter LS3 V8 paired with a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The CSR package for the coupe model adds the Z51 Performance Package, a dual-mode exhaust system, a differential cooler, a carbon-patterned engine cover, Corvette Racing pedals, and unique badging and graphics. The car was first registered in Texas and later spent time in Michigan before being acquired by the seller and relocated to Arizona in February 2020.
The car is finished in Blade Silver Metallic (17U) and features a removable roof panel along with CSR-specific badging and graphics including gray exterior stripes and headlamp inserts, Corvette Racing “Jake” and CSR logos on the B-pillars, and racing-style numbers on both doors (which are removable). Scratches are visible on the underside of the front bumper cover.
Staggered 18″ and 19″ Competition Gray five-split spoke wheels wear 245/40 front and 285/35 rear Goodyear Eagle F1 tires. The car is equipped with the Z51 performance package, which added stiffer springs and stabilizer bars as well as upgraded shock absorbers and larger cross-drilled brake discs with red-painted calipers.
The cabin features sport bucket seats trimmed in ebony leather with embroidered CSR logos on the headrests and console lid. Corvette-branded floor mats protect the carpeting, and additional equipment includes a head-up display, a power driver’s seat, an electric rear hatch pull-down, an AM/FM/CD stereo, dual-zone automatic climate control, and Corvette Racing pedals.
The three-spoke multifunction steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6,500-rpm redline, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 6k miles.
The 6.2-liter LS3 V8 features a CSR-specific carbon-patterned engine cover with red lettering as well as a dual-mode exhaust system that increases the factory-rated output to 436 horsepower and 428 lb-ft of torque. The battery was replaced in March 2021 and an oil change was completed in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential with an optional cooler.
